You must be 18 years of age or older to use Anyone There. By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you meet this requirement.
acceptable use
Anyone There is a place to chat with people physically nearby. You agree to use the app in a respectful and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting or sending objectionable, harmful, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
- Harassing, abusing, or intimidating other users.
- Soliciting personal information from other users.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing content that sexually exploits minors.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Using the app for spam, scams, or any commercial solicitation.
- Attempting to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
consent-based chat
All conversations begin with a chat request. Sending a chat request does not guarantee a reply — the recipient may decline or ignore it. You agree to respect the decision of any user who does not accept your request.
moderation and enforcement
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report or block anyone directly from the app. Reports are reviewed by the developer and acted upon within 24 hours. Reported users may be immediately and permanently removed from the service without notice.
Automatic safeguards are also in place: a user reported by multiple independent users is hidden from all nearby lists immediately, before any manual review.

Anyone There is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of other users.
